I am a qualified pastry chef by trade qualified diploma in culinary management & City and Guilds diploma in patisserie at Westminster College London. I started my trade working in hotels in sa and then abroad in the UK at the Berkeley hotel in Knightsbridge and Bank Restaurant Covend Garden London. That's where I found my true love for the art of Patisserie. When I arrived back in SA I worked at The Renowned Patisserie in Illovo. Soon after this I made the decision to go it alone and let my creative juices flow. Tart patisserie was born October 2007 and we haven't looked back
